Packaging:
1. Bulk butyl sealant packaging:
Each butyl sealant is wrapped with kraft paper and then put into a carton.
Each package contains 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5 or 8 kg of butyl sealant. Each butyl sealant is put into an inner box lined with plastic film. 4 pieces per box, or placed on a wooden pallet.
2. Bucket butyl sealant packaging:
Bulk butyl sealant is wrapped with plastic film and put into a barrel packaging carton, 4 pieces per carton.
(18 cm): 24 kg/box, 4 rows per box, 6 kg per row.
(16 cm): 20 kg/box, 4 rows per box, 5 kg per row.
Instructions for use:
1. Before use, water, oil, dirt, dust and other impurities on the surface must be removed. In special cases, organic solvents should be used for cleaning. After washing, the surface must be completely dry before construction.
2. Use a hot melt glue machine to heat and melt the block butyl sealant and apply it to the insulating glass.
3. The coating thickness should meet the process requirements of insulating glass.
4. The specific use conditions can be achieved by adjusting the temperature and pressure.
5. The coating temperature range is 110ºC-140ºC.
6. The ambient temperature during construction should not be lower than 5ºC.
7. After one minute of cooling and shaping, it can be delivered for installation.
