Usage method:
1. Cold compress: put it in freezer or freezer (- 10 ºC - 20 ºC) for more than 30 minutes.
2. Hot compress: wrap the cold and hot bag with a slightly wet towel, put it in the microwave oven and adjust it to medium heat for 60-100 seconds. Feel whether the temperature is appropriate after taking it out. If it is not hot enough, continue heating every 10-20 seconds until the temperature is appropriate. If it is used continuously, the subsequent heating time should be controlled within 50-60 seconds (medium fire).3. Hot water heating: soak the cold and hot bag in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
