Sleeve Casting Tape Product Description
The sleeve casting tape is an orthopedic immobilization material made from polymer cotton woven into a tubular structure and coated with polyurethane resin.
With its breathable large mesh design and easy application method, it is suitable for hospitals clinics emergency centers and home care. The sleeve structure allows quick and efficient immobilization for fractures sprains and soft tissue injuries, especially useful in pediatric emergency treatment.

Operating Procedures

Select the proper sleeve size according to the injured limb.

Place the padding on the affected area.

Remove the sleeve casting tape from the sealed bag.
-
Soak it in water at 20 to 30°C for 10 to 20 seconds until fully activated.

Take it out and squeeze lightly to remove excess water.
-
Pull and wear the sleeve directly over the injured part and shape it to the desired contour.
-
The material starts to cure in 3 to 5 minutes and reaches functional strength in about 30 minutes.

Trim or cut after curing if needed.
