Polyethylene Anti-corrosion Pipeline Repair Patch
System Description
Repair Patch cosists of an irradiated cross-linked polyolefin backing with hot melt adhesive layer.It is designed for sealing damaged pipe coatings. In combination with melt stick and epoxy primer most minor damages and cracks can be repaired effectively .It is compatible with most of the common pipeline coatings and suitable for operating temperatures up to 80ºC.

- Excellent multifunctional adhesive allow for lower installation pre-heat temperature and
super bonding to PE, PP and FBE, offer fully resistant to shear forces induced by soil and thermal movements.
- Superior cathodic disbondment and hot water immersion resistance offers the optimum barrier long term protection against corrosion.
- Saves time & cost by lower preheat temperature, wet epoxy primer application.
- Pattern backing provides a "heating temperature indicator" for application of heat, ensures correct application heating.
