Properties
1. Surface treatment. It is recommended to use shot blasting or sand blasting to remove rust at least GB/T 8923 Sa 2 level, it is recommended to reach Sa 2 1/2 level. When the construction conditions are limited, the rust can also be removed by hand or power tools to St 3 level. After the steel surface treatment is qualified, it must be painted as soon as possible before returning to rust. The surface of the concrete should be dry (surface water content is less than 6%), remove the loose material on the surface, and present a flat and solid surface.
2, with styling glue. Mix component A and B separately, and then mix thoroughly according to component A: Component B = 1:1 (weight ratio), and use immediately. The use of fast drying curing agent, curing speed is fast but the use period is short, so the summer must be used up within 1h, winter should be used up within 2h. Construction should be used now, so as not to cause solidification in the batching bucket, can not be used. When the ambient temperature is above 5 ° C during construction, normal temperature setting glue should be used (it should not be used below 5 ° C, because the curing time after coating is too long, affecting the construction progress), the ambient temperature is below 5 ° C, low temperature setting glue should be used (above 5 ° C can not be used, otherwise the curing speed is too fast, the good setting glue is easy to solidify in the barrel, can not be used, and the coating surface is prone to bubbles. Affect the quality).
3, weld putty. If the weld height is 2mm higher than the surface of the steel pipe and the special case of the lap of two steel plates, the two sides of the weld and the lap of the steel plate should be putty to form a smooth transition surface, and the pit on the concrete surface should also be putty to smooth. The putty is made of good styling glue and about twice the weight of talc powder, which should be used now, and used up within 2h after adjustment.
4. Glue and wrap. Before gluing, the steel surface must be dry, the amount of gluing is required to be sufficient, no leakage of coating, immediately after gluing, wrap the base band, the lap width of 10-20mm, must be pulled tight, so that the contact is tight, the surface is flat and no bulge, part of the adhesive liquid oozes from the surface of the tape (otherwise it indicates that the amount of gluing is insufficient), immediately after the wrapping on the tape and then evenly brush a layer of setting glue. After the end of work every day, we can use the diluent cleaning and brushing tools supplied by our company. After the diluent is used, the debris can be filtered out. It can be used again, but it must be kept closed.
Note: This product is divided into enhanced grades; Extra reinforcement grade; Three kinds of special intensification grade, in the choice of different levels of anti-corrosion requirements, the company is equipped with different adhesive and cold wrap. If you need to achieve the extra strengthening grade 0.8mm thick, you need to apply several sets of adhesive on the surface, instead of wrapping several cold tape, because 0.8mm thick cold tape can not penetrate the thick adhesive, so 0.8mm thick cold tape overlap must also be coated with adhesive.
(Note: Due to the low temperature, the consistency of the adhesive is relatively large, so it should be heated or used with diluent during construction, but if the diluent is added to reduce the solid content of the adhesive, it should be brushed several times or the thickness can not meet the requirements) The curing time of this product will depend on the length of the curing time when the temperature is low in winter, and the curing time is generally about 4 days in the case of zero degree.
5. Leak detection and repair. After the anti-corrosion layer is wrapped, let it dry itself, and keep it free from rain and water for at least 8h. After the anticorrosive layer is dried, the electric spark leak detector shall be used according to the leak detection voltage stipulated in China oil and gas industry standard SY/T 0447-96, that is: Use 2500V for the strengthening grade (0.4mm), 3000V for the extra strengthening grade (0.6mm), and 5000V for the extra strengthening grade (0.8mm) to check a small number of pinholes caused by uneven coating or missing coating, and mark the pinholes with chalk circles and apply the fixing glue as soon as possible. If it is required to use a higher leak detection voltage for the anti-corrosion layer, 1 to 2 layers of setting glue or epoxy coal asphalt topcoat can be applied after the anti-corrosion layer is dried.
6. Quality inspection. Inspection of appearance, thickness, leakage point and bonding force according to the conditions and methods specified in SY/T 0447-96.

3, transport should be light loading and unloading, the carton is placed, to prevent rain, avoid sunlight exposure.
