1. What are your accepted payment terms?
We usually accept T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
Other payment methods such as L/C, PayPal, or Western Union may be available for small orders or sample fees upon request.
2. What is your shipping method?
We support FOB, CIF, DDP, and EXW terms. Goods can be shipped by:
Sea freight (bulk orders)
Air freight (urgent delivery)
Courier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT (samples or small quantity)
We can also ship via your appointed forwarder.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the specific product and size. For vacuum sealing tape:
Standard sizes: usually 10-20 rolls per carton

Standard products: usually 15-30 days after deposit

6. What is the shelf life of vacuum sealing tape?
Shelf life is usually 24 months if stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
7. Does the tape leave residue after removal?
No, the tape is designed to peel off cleanly from both cold and heated surfaces after curing.
8. What temperature can the tape withstand?
Our standard tape is suitable for middle temperature curing cycles. Heat resistant grades are also available upon request.
9. Can the tape be customized?
Yes, we can provide customized widths, thicknesses, lengths, and packaging according to your requirements.
10. Do you provide technical support and documents?
Yes, we can supply Technical Data Sheets (TDS), MSDS, and guidance on application. Our team can also recommend suitable grades for your process.
