1. Remove rust, welding slag, burr, oil and debris on the surface of the pipeline, and keep it clean and dry. Meet the requirements of GB/ T8923, manual rust removal should reach ST3 level, mechanical rust removal should reach SA2.5 level.
2.The matching primer is applied manually or mechanically to ensure uniformity and no leakage.
3.Brush the matching primer for 3 to 5 minutes, and test it by hand if it feels sticky or not. It should not dry out, and then wrap the tape.
4.When wrapping the tape, the distance between the tape and the component should be kept symmetrical to ensure uniform speed, and do not go fast or slow.
5.The tension between the adhesive tape and the contact surface of the component should be increased as much as possible, and the application is not solid due to too small tension.
6.In accordance with the anti-corrosion level requirements to ensure the symmetry of the lap, customer service due to uneven lap wrinkles.
7.Construction temperature: -5~+50ºC; No rain, snow, fog humidity > 85% of the cases and large wind sand environment open construction.
1. Prevent sun exposure, prevent rain, antifreeze, pay attention to heat preservation, stack height ≤5 layers, to prevent crushing deformation.
2. When it is frozen below -5 ° C in transportation or storage, it should be stored at about 20 ° C for 48 hours before it can be used.
3. Should be cool, temperature 5~30ºC, relative humidity < 75% storage in the warehouse and away from heat and open flame.
