Roof Flashing Tape is an excellent node treatment solution that can be applied at the junction of tiles and walls. Compared to traditional mortar plastering, SBS and treatment methods, it can beautify the roof and prevent roof penetration.

FEATURES

Strong Self-adhesive and Long-lasting Protection

The self-adhesive layer of this product is made of a butyl adhesive layer. Butyl rubber, as a polymer with a low degree of unsaturation, owns a unique structure. Thanks to this, it has remarkable heat resistance, temperature tolerance, and excellent airtightness. It is commonly used in multiple industries, such as tire manufacturing, aviation, and vacuum glass production.

 

When it comes to practical applications, it can bond firmly to certain types of tiles and walls, offering long-term protection for surfaces. With an elongation rate of 50%, it adapts well to high-arched tiles, fulfilling the waterproof function effectively.

Rich Colors for Facade Beautification

The colored aluminum foil layer on the surface serves two key purposes. Firstly, it can resist the erosion of ultraviolet rays. Secondly, it matches the colors of roof tiles perfectly, creating a flawless three-dimensional visual effect for buildings.

Easy Installation, Sturdy and Reliable

This product is easy and efficient to install on various tile walls. The sealing of the top flood line, together with the use of sealant, can prevent any unforeseen problems. "Camel flooding" is suitable for most roof joints. Additionally, it is available in two colors, red and gray.
